HRXRay™ refers to validation workflows that assess and present hiring-relevant signals (e.g., experience/skills indicators, culture alignment signals, and risk flags). HirePool™ refers to a shared, real-time pool of verified and available talent, subject to platform maturity and availability.
Through AI-assisted triangulation across authorized data sources, client-provided information, candidate inputs, and engagement signals. Where third-party sources are used, outputs depend on the accuracy and availability of those sources.

No. The Hire Engine provides decision-support signals. Your team remains responsible for hiring decisions and must apply human judgment.
The Hire Engine is designed to comply with Canadian privacy laws (including PIPEDA and applicable provincial laws). Your organization must ensure it has authority/consent to provide candidate information and must use outputs lawfully.
Early Access provides pre-commercial access to the platform while features evolve. Some functions may change, be refined, or be retired as the product improves.
Immediately. Even during Early Access, you gain early visibility into validated, available talent and into the product’s evolution. You also gain influence on roadmap priorities.
Early access subscribers retain their promotional pricing as long as the subscription remains uninterrupted and active, subject to the Agreement for the first 3 years.
Yes. Early subscribers receive price security and a Year Two Credit equivalent to 6 months of the monthly subscription fee (subject to Agreement terms).
No. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors, before and after the hiring decision has been made. The Hire Engine promises clarity—better signals and fewer blind spots—not perfection.
